APPEAL
If you wish to dispute liability of a Fixed Charge Notice (FCN) appeals must be received within 21 days beginning with the day after that on which the notice was issued
DO NOT pay your Fixed Charge Notice as payment will be accepted in full and final settlement and we may not respond to your appeal.

LIABILITY TRANSFER
If you were not the driver of the vehicle or if you are a vehicle hire firm and you wish to notify us of the liable party please complete the liability transfer form.
If you are transferring liability, please ensure you provide a serviceable name and address and any relevant documents (if applicable). We cannot transfer liability if full and correct details are not completed.
