Napier Parking offers an end to end service from selection in the early stages of project planning through to installation, operation and the commissioning of a complete car park management solution including full enforcement and processing 24 hours a day 365 days a year. We identify the utility of managing free limited time (for example free parking for a maximum of 2 hours), paid (Pay & Display) parking environments or reserved parking locations. Vehicles parked incorrectly will be issued with a Fixed Charge Notice by our dedicated enforcement patrols. Our in-house Enforcement Department manages a full appeals and complaints process.
Napier stand at the forefront of parking technology offering full control on a range of payments solutions including online, by phone or at physical pay stations. Our management packages can be inclusive of parking permits/tickets, uniformed staff, parking signage, cash collections, parking enforcement and customer service support. Audit facilities and parking statistical data are also available to all clients. Our systems allow for bespoke requirements such as refunds in store subject to minimum spend through to virtual parking permit solutions with an online customer portal.
Napier Parking can operate your car park in a number of ways, for example a straight forward management agreement or by way of a Joint Venture. Funding is available for car park construction through to the refurbishment. We have the ability to move rapidly to implement any solution that is required.
